We brought Tetra Pak’s employee engagement to life.
We created ‘Market Watch’, a globetrotting program which takes employees on a virtual journey to see the challenges that colleagues and customers face in different markets. The films vary vastly in content and inform the wider Tetra Pak family about developments in other countries and divisions.
The films are watched and valued by employees all over the world and give them a feeling and sense of belonging to a wider company.
